it has been decided to have our agm meeting before the end of january
because we begin our bookings around this time for 2015
i would appreciate members ideas on venues etc
so each of you draw up a program of 17 contests which you would like , the first 2 are in april , the last 2 in november
so bear this in mind , then consider the cost , our budget is £1800 - £2000 approx per annum
im certain in some cases we would over spend by £500-£700
but lets see what we get
make your program your personal choice , dont collaborate with friends , family , partners , and lets see firstly where the common ground is and then progress from there
